She loves to incorporate heated tools like hot bamboo, hot stones and hot towels into her relaxation massage sessions to ease muscle tension and deepen relaxation.

She has also studied aromatherapy to bring in an educated awareness to the potency and benefits of the plants she uses in  her massage sessions.
